Singing bowls have a long history as sound healing tools in the Eastern regions of India, Nepal, and Tibet, as well as in the Western world. The deep and distant sound produced by the singing bowl can resonate with the very frequency of nature itself, while also influencing the vibrational frequency of the molecules in nearby objects, creating a sound that is both comfortable and pleasant to the ears.
 

When the singing bowl is brought close to the body, the seven chakras (energy transmitters) within us, as well as even the smallest atoms, will resonate with the sound waves of the bowl, resulting in positive changes.
 

Mentally, it can also influence our thoughts and intentions, thus creating healing effects.
